About Rusty Toadvine: I listened to Heroin's every command. Heroin commanded me to steal, manipulate, and lie to my family and friends. He always told me that he would satisfy me but always left me empty handed. He told me I would be free as long as I stayed close to him. I learned the hard way that Heroin never satisfies and always brings his "friends" into slavery. He is a killer and destroyer of relationships.

I am now learning that Jesus Christ is Lord and He promises to satisfy me and never leave me. It has been 14 years since I have used heroin.

Currently, I have the privilege as the Executive Director of His Hope Teen Challenge to take part in what God is doing in the lives of hurting addicted people in our community. His Hope TC is focused on providing discipleship to individuals struggling with addiction through support groups and residential treatment.

His Hope TC is actively looking for a home in Miamisburg, West Carrollton, and or Germantown for the purpose of discipling men with a past of addiction. The home will provide a house church type of environment for men with a past of addiction who have been called into the mission field.
